Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the registration, for any reason, and do so at least one week before the start of the program, please email us and we will refund the full amount minus a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellation, for any reason, is made within the seven days prior to the start of the program, there will be no refund. If we cancel the camp/program for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Time: Camp starts at 9am and ends at 4pm

Camp Waivers

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that my child’s participation in Wealthy Habits programs involves activities that may carry some risk. These may include group discussions, simulations, light physical activities, and use of technology. I acknowledge that my child is voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risks of injury or harm, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

2. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Wealthy Habits staff to seek medical treatment for my child. I agree to be responsible for any resulting expenses. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before such action is taken.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Wealthy Habits, its staff, volunteers, board members, and partner organizations from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to participation in the program, including those caused by negligence.

4. Code of Conduct

I understand that students are expected to be respectful, participate actively, and follow all instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Personal Items

I understand that Wealthy Habits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the program.

I hereby grant Wealthy Habits permission to photograph, film, and/or record my child (or me, if over 18) during the program.

I understand that these images and recordings may be used in promotional materials, websites, social media, publications, or other media.

I release Wealthy Habits, its staff, volunteers, and partner organizations from any liability arising from the use of such images.
