Wealth Builders Fellowship Coordinator
We’re launching an exciting year-long program that offers at-risk high school students real-world financial, career, and leadership experiences through Saturday sessions, mentorship, and summer opportunities. With our small team stretched thin, we’re looking for a motivated, organized volunteer to help bring this program to life. This role involves coordinating session logistics, communicating with mentors, students, and parents, managing program materials and applications, and ensuring that each part of the fellowship runs smoothly. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, managing details, and seeing a new program grow from concept to reality. Experience in youth programming, event coordination, or education is helpful but not required—enthusiasm and reliability are most important.
Event Planning & Community Engagement Volunteer
We’re looking for a creative, organized volunteer to help plan and coordinate our annual community event celebrating Wealthy Habits’ impact. This event brings together past interns, student volunteers, partners, and supporters for an evening of connection and inspiration. The role involves brainstorming event concepts, assisting with logistics, coordinating communications, and helping secure venues or sponsors. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, organizing, and bringing people together to celebrate meaningful work and shared purpose.
Technology Assistance (Salesforce, WordPress, and Systems)
We are looking for a technology professional to assist with improving and maintaining the systems that support our programs and operations. This role may include Salesforce optimization, WordPress support, integrations, and process automation. The focus is on making our tools more efficient and easier for a small team to manage. This opportunity is well-suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, streamlining workflows, and applying technical expertise to support organizational impact.
Accounting Services
As a growing nonprofit, we are seeking an accounting or finance professional to provide guidance and support with financial processes. This role may include reviewing financial reports, advising on budgeting and internal controls, and supporting compliance and reporting needs. The focus is on accuracy, sustainability, and helping leadership make informed decisions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to apply their expertise in a meaningful way while supporting a mission-driven organization.
Marketing & Social Media Guidance
As our programs continue to grow, we are seeking a marketing or communications professional to provide strategic guidance and light hands-on support. This role focuses on helping us clarify messaging, strengthen content, and improve how we communicate our impact to students, families, partners, and funders. Support may include reviewing materials, advising on social media and email strategy, and helping prioritize efforts with limited resources. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, providing direction, and helping a mission-driven organization communicate more effectively.
Grant Writing Support
As we expand our programs and partnerships, we are seeking an experienced grant writer to help identify funding opportunities and strengthen proposals. This role may include researching grants, refining program narratives, aligning outcomes with funder priorities, and supporting submissions and reporting. The focus is on helping the organization secure sustainable funding while clearly communicating impact. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys translating mission and programs into compelling, fundable proposals.

For students interested in social media and communications.
Work closely with our creative media intern in capturing the heart of our summer programs. You’ll help brainstorm content ideas, gather photos and short videos during camp, and assist with simple graphics or storytelling pieces that highlight student experiences.

For students who enjoy hands-on organization and behind-the-scenes work.
Join our early-summer prep team to ensure every camp is fully stocked and ready to run. These volunteers help assemble the learning materials used throughout our programs, including binding workbooks, laminating and cutting game cards, organizing supplies, and packing camp boxes for each location.
