Finance Instructor Internship (Atlanta-Based)
About the Role
Wealthy Habits, an Atlanta-based nonprofit, has been teaching financial literacy since 2012. Over the past decade, we’ve educated more than 19,000 students and trained over 120 interns. Our summer interns are paid and play a vital role in delivering engaging, hands-on programs that change how students think about money.
Program Dates: May 27 – July 31, 2026 (9½ weeks)
Job Summary

Complete three days of curriculum training with your peers.

Co-teach Wealthy Habits lessons with another intern (training and materials provided).

Facilitate both in-person camps across metro Atlanta and virtual camps from our Dunwoody office.

Work hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM for in-person; virtual hours vary.

Creative Content Developer Internship
About the Role
Wealthy Habits is an Atlanta-based nonprofit teaching financial literacy to students ages 11–18 through fun, activity-based programs. Each summer, we offer a creative internship for students in film, design, or photography who want to use their talents to tell stories that inspire.
Program Dates: May 27 – July 31, 2026 (9½ weeks)
Responsibilities

Capture photos and videos of programs, students, and interns (travel required within metro Atlanta).

Plan and produce promotional videos and digital storytelling pieces.

Manage and create content for social media and marketing channels.

Design newsletters, infographics, and memory books.

Collaborate on marketing materials and outreach campaigns.

Program Coordinator (Spring & Summer 2026) – Internship
Position Overview
Wealthy Habits is seeking a motivated and organized individual to serve as the Program Coordinator for the 2026 Summer Camp season. This hybrid internship role provides hands-on experience in nonprofit program management, event coordination, and leadership. The position is part-time during the spring semester (10–15 hours per week at $12/hour) and full-time during the summer (35–40 hours per week at $15/hour). Ideal candidates are graduate students or college seniors studying business, nonprofit management, education, or related fields.
Spring Responsibilities (Part-Time, $12/hour)
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding summer interns and instructors.
- Help prepare training materials and schedule sessions.
- Support the Director with automation testing (Salesforce, Make.com, Monday.com).
- Assist with facility scheduling, camp calendar finalization, and vendor coordination.
- Help prepare camp kits, rosters, signage, and other logistical needs.
- Manage early marketing outreach, parent inquiries, and registration tracking.
- Participate in regular planning meetings and report project progress.
Summer Responsibilities (Full-Time, $15/hour)
- Oversee daily camp operations, including setup, check-in, attendance, and safety.
- Manage interns, ensuring schedules, training follow-through, and hour tracking.
- Coordinate communication with instructors, parents, and partners.
- Ensure supplies, materials, and signage are maintained at all camp locations.
- Capture and organize photos, videos, and testimonials during sessions.
- Collect surveys and compile camp feedback for reporting.
- Track expenses, attendance, and other key data in Salesforce.
- Provide daily updates and end-of-week reports to the Director.
Qualifications
- Senior undergraduate or graduate student (preferred) in a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology and tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Interest in youth programs, education, or nonprofit operations.
- Must be available for on-site work during camp weeks (June–July).
